Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges of domestic orders within 28 days of the date of the order shipped. Products must be returned unworn, and in their original condition, with all the tags attached and in original packaging.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show the signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria and we ask that you take care when trying on items.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange

For international returns outside of the US, return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Create A Return or Exchange

To create  a return or exchange, please contact us with the request. You will receive the instructions in the email. Please, include the order number in your communication.

Refunds

Once you return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process takes 2-7 business days. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment or store credit, if you indicated that option.  Please, note that it can take 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect in your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective items for refund or exchange.

If you are worried that an item you have received is defective or damaged, please contact us with your order number and a short description of the issue.

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We are unable to process returns, exchanges or store credit for any final sale items.
